  • Medication Reminders and Transportation: Provide medication reminders and assist with transportation to appointments, ensuring clients receive necessary medical care.
  • Support for Family Members: Educate and support family members on safe care techniques, enabling them to provide optimal care for their loved ones.
Requirements
  • Compassion and Empathy: Treat clients with dignity and respect, demonstrating a genuine care for their well-being.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively interpret and implement client care plans, ensuring seamless communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to ensure timely and safe transportation for clients.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing client needs and situations.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience working with dementia patients and senior care is highly desirable.
