Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a per diem / prn Respiratory Therapist for a per diem / prn job in Boston, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas punctures.
  • Assist with the development and review/revision of all PFT Lab Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide diagnostic testing and explain procedures to patients.
  • Document and report results.
  • Participate in clinical research projects and quality improvement programs.
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts license as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • A.S. in Respiratory Therapy minimum, BS preferred.
  • Work requires up to six months for development of rapport with physicians and allied health care team.
  • Must have BLS certification, ACLS desired.
  • CPFT/RPFT credential strongly preferred.
