We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cashier - Receptionist to join our team at Ed Napleton Auto Group. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

* Calculate customer bills using our dealership's computer system
* Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
* Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
* Record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits, and verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
* Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
* Work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
* Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
* Excellent communication skills
* Professional appearance
* 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy
