We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Lifepoint Health in Paris, Kentucky.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations, to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Prescribe and manage medications, as well as provide education to patients and their families on medication management and adherence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and regulatory requirements in psychiatric mental health nursing.
