Nurse Practitioner Job Description
This challenging opportunity requires a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide office-based pain management services to new and established patients (adults). The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge in pain management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key responsibilities include medication management, certification for medical cannabis, education/counseling, monitoring of medication compliance via PDPM and urine drug screens, minor procedures, and referrals to CRNA colleagues for interventions or other services. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $95 and a flexible schedule of 12-16 patients per day, rotating between Berlin and Colbrook, NH.
