Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to comprehend and document their workflows, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Gather and articulate requirements to fulfill business needs through innovative technology solutions or new application features.
  • Document user stories in project management tools and contribute to test case development.
  • Assess and quantify the potential business value of proposed modifications or enhancements.
  • Support change management initiatives, including the creation of training materials and delivery of training sessions.
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile team to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure all requirements are traceable to objectives and test cases.

Quality Assurance:

  • Convert expected application processes into well-structured functional test cases, executing manual tests and documenting outcomes.
  • Work with QA Engineers to compile regression and performance test cases, prioritizing automation efforts.
  • Review products, log and manage defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor the resolution of product issues, ensuring final outputs meet specified functional requirements.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools, including Playwright for test automation.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to validate that products meet defined requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams during beta testing to identify and resolve issues, working closely with developers.
  • Engage with users to troubleshoot errors and provide guidance on product utilization.
  • Maintain quality standards through process monitoring and auditing.
  • Develop and uphold quality assurance standards for products and services.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to identify risks and establish mitigation strategies.
