Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks essential to maintaining operational efficiency. You will be responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing orders, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely fulfillment.

Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and process customer orders.
  • Restock shelves with newly received merchandise.
  • Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Initiate requests for replenishment when inventory levels are low.
  • Operate forklifts to move materials efficiently within the warehouse.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all order transactions and inventory movements.
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Warehouse Associate Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic; prior warehouse experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
