Citizens Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech and language disorders in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' communication skills using standardized assessments and observations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' communication needs.
  • Provide therapy sessions in patients' homes, using evidence-based practices and technologies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Texas.
  • Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • 1-2 years of experience working with adults, geriatrics, and/or pediatric populations.
  • BCLS certification.

Compensation:

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
