Job Overview

AES Hearth & Patio is seeking an experienced professional to join our service team as a Gas & Pellet Technician & Installer.

This role involves performing services and installations of gas and pellet hearth appliances, including cleaning and troubleshooting various manufacturers' products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service gas and pellet stoves, inserts, and fireplaces
  • Clean and troubleshoot Heat-n-Glo, Harman, Quadrafire, Hearthstone, and other manufacturers' products
  • Safely work at heights from ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and roofs
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience as a Lead Technician and Hearth Appliance Installer
  • Current Certification or ability to pass NFI Gas or Pellet Certification within 1 year
  • Experience using computer-based invoicing software (Evosus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly and team-oriented approach
