Fcs Co is seeking a highly skilled Adult Mental Health Specialist to join their team in Kentucky. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional care to patients in both in-patient and out-patient settings. As an Adult Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing in-patient and out-patient psychiatric care to adults, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing conditions, and prescribing medications as needed.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified or eligible Adult Psychiatrist to work in a state-of-the-art facility that offers a comprehensive benefits package. In-patient opportunities include flexible scheduling with 8 or 12 hour shifts, while outpatient positions offer a variable schedule. As an Adult Mental Health Specialist, you will have the opportunity to pursue ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-patient and out-patient psychiatric care to adults

Requirements:
  • Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
  • Current licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
