At NHC Place at the Trace, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Shift Nurse Night Shift Supervisor to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on delivering high-quality care to seniors.

About the Job:
We are offering a competitive salary of $75,000 per year, plus benefits, including earned time off, holiday pay, health insurance, 401(k) with company contributions, uniforms, and tuition reimbursement opportunities. As a Night Shift Nurse Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have long-term care experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care settings. However, candidates without prior experience may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage a team of nurses to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
* Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual patient needs
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
