Nephrology Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Nephrology Nurse to join our team. As a Nephrology Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. You will work in an outpatient dialysis center, providing empathetic and compassionate care to patients and their families.

• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.
• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Work with a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) may be helpful but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) may be beneficial.
