Job Overview
The Financial Analysis Associate plays a vital role within the Asset Management department, facilitating financial planning and analysis activities while promoting data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, conducting financial research, preparing comprehensive reports, and delivering valuable insights to foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling:

Create and sustain advanced cash flow projection models to support asset management strategies, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.


Financial Analysis:
Perform thorough financial analysis, encompassing variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to provide insights into financial performance.

Power BI Dashboard Development:
Design, create, and maintain Power BI dashboards that yield actionable insights into financial performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Aid in the preparation and management of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure precision and alignment with strategic objectives.


Reporting:

Produce and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making processes and provide regular updates to senior management.


Data Management:
Oversee and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity for reporting and analytical purposes.

Business Support:
Work alongside business units to identify key financial metrics, analyze financial data, and offer recommendations for performance enhancement.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as necessary, addressing specific business needs and providing actionable insights.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. An MBA, CFA, or graduate degree is advantageous.
Familiarity with Yardi and terminology in the Real Estate industry is a significant plus.
A minimum of four years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
A strong grasp of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
Exceptional analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret complex financial data.
Effective communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to diverse stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
Demonstrated experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
