Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday Availability Required

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and organize stock, ensuring proper placement in designated locations.
- Accurately process all incoming stock into the inventory management system.
- Prepare and tag returns to manufacturers as necessary.
- Stage and pull orders for the following day's shipments.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain positive customer relations by greeting and assisting all visitors.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized.
- Process cores, warranties, and returns as required.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance job performance.
- Utilize dealership equipment safely and effectively.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Parts Manager.
- Verify receiving documents for accuracy.
- Address shortages by reporting to the Parts Manager.
Inventory Management:
Check all parts against invoices to confirm accuracy in quantity and staging area. Parts without invoices should be set aside for further investigation.
Inbound Freight Procedures:
Prepare packing lists prior to the arrival of shipments. Address any discrepancies or unavailable parts promptly.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Proficient in word processing software and adaptable to new technologies.
- Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid Driver's License is required.

Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $18 to $20, plus commission.
