**Job Summary**

TriHealth is seeking a highly skilled Lifeguard to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of pool patrons by monitoring pool activity and facilitating safe and appropriate pool practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor pool activity and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide instruction and guidance to pool participants on safe pool practices
  • Maintain a clean and safe pool environment
  • Collaborate with other lifeguards and pool staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all pool patrons

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years of High School Education or equivalent
  • American Red Cross lifeguard certification, First Aid, CPR, AED
  • YMCA lifeguard or other certifications may be accepted
  • Up to 1 year of lifeguard experience
  • Knowledge and demonstration of basic rescue techniques and excellent swimming skills
