Site Reliability Engineer Manager, Foundation

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer Manager to lead our SRE team in the Foundation Product Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our Gov1 environment.
As a Site Reliability Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of SREs, collaborating with multiple engineering teams, and managing the day-to-day activities of the team. You will also be responsible for defining SLAs for various Gov1 activities, managing on-call rotation, and demonstrating great interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in diagnosing customer production issues, building and managing software deployment pipelines, and has excellent English communication skills. About the TeamThis is a new team that is forming out of a need to better support our Gov1 environment for non-US teams. As a Site Reliability Engineer Manager, you will have the opportunity to carve out how the team works and interacts with its internal customers.
The SRE role is new to Qualtrics, and this position will help define it. You will have the opportunity to work with teams across the globe to understand their needs and use cases, and to find opportunities to improve our processes and deployment.
