- Conduct preventive health screenings and provide proactive healthcare to patients based on their unique needs.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Perform specialty care medical procedures in accordance with departmental guidelines and clinical roles.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to enhance patient care.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of North Carolina.
- DEA License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
