Description

Troon International is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and their guests. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock and maintain inventory of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
2. Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests.
3. Assist in cost control and inventory management to ensure optimal profitability.
4. Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless service.
5. Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash control, and cleaning.
6. Accountable for accurate handling of cash and credit transactions.
7. Utilize Point of Sales System to manage transactions and track sales.
8. Review banquet schedule and calendar of events to ensure preparedness for special occasions.
9. Serve catered parties and occasionally serve meals to guests.
10. Adhere to safe work practices and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. One year of bartending experience and/or training preferred.
3. Must be at least 21 years of age to meet state age requirements.
4. Possess knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
5. Alcohol Awareness Training a plus.
