We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing in Pawling, NY. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients with end-stage renal disease.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer dialysis treatments to patients in a safe and effective manner
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care

Requirements:

  • 1 year or more of current dialysis experience
  • Geriatric patient experience
  • NXStage Dialysis Machine experience (strongly preferred)
  • CNN or CDN Certification (preferred)
  • Crown Web EMR experience (preferred)
  • BSN (preferred)
