We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling cloud-based systems serving millions of users.

Responsibilities
  • Architect, build, and scale cloud-based systems using Python, Kotlin, Java, or Go, running on AWS.
  • Develop and maintain backend services, designing modular and scalable solutions that enable other teams to deliver excellent work.
  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects.
  • Optimize code, debug issues, and automate routine tasks.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development with expertise in backend technologies (Python, Kotlin/Java, Go).
  • Knowledge of mobile (Java/Kotlin, Objective-C/Swift, Flutter) or willingness to learn.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into mobile applications.
  • Understanding of software design, object orientation, architectural patterns, and delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and cloud native solutions, AWS is a plus.
  • Passion for architecting, building, and scaling distributed systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
