The Providence RN Residency Program provides current nursing students and recent graduates with real-world acute care experience under the guidance of experienced mentors and clinical educators. This full-time, day shift role offers a structured curriculum, simulation training, and authentic patient experiences for newly licensed RNs with less than 12 months of experience. Our program emphasizes patient-centered care and professional development within a supportive healthcare environment.
We are inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators. An RN Residency with Providence St Joseph Health will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty.

About the Position:
This role is part of our RN Residency Program at Providence Portland Medical Center. Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
