Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized physical therapy plans to address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for optimal recovery and well-being.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to deliver evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA)
  • Minimum of one year physical therapy experience preferred
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required
