Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Residents with Daily Needs: Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with meals and snacks.
  • Monitor Resident Conditions: Report any changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure that resident rooms are ready for receiving residents, and that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care and services.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as inventorying and storing resident personal possessions, and preparing residents for physical examinations.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: High School Education/GED or equivalent, and Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
