Job Description

Kynect Express of Fredericksburg VA is seeking a Full-time and part-time non-CDL driver position. The company provides delivery driver training and does not require prior experience. A positive attitude and willingness to work and adapt to change are essential. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and are available 7 days a week. IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE

Basic Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the U.S
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must have a clean driving record (within the last 3 years)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
  • Use handheld devices for routing information and customer delivery information.
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
  • Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
  • The delivery driver performs the following tasks:
  • Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to get in/out of the van, and walk up/downstairs throughout your shift.
  • Able to push/pull above and below the shoulder level.
  • Stand, kneel, bend, twist, and squat.
  • Load and unload cargo vans to deliver packages efficiently.
  • This is a physical and fast-paced Job.

Compensation and Benefits:
