About the Job:

This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts during both days and nights, with rotating weekends.

The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement patient care plans, supervise non-licensed nursing staff, and provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

The Medical/Surgical Unit cares for adult patients with various medical, surgical, cardiac, or neurologic conditions in a Level I trauma facility.

The nurse-to-patient ratio is 6:1, and specialty units include Neuro/Ortho/Nephrology.
