Network Systems Analyst

The Oroville Hospital is seeking a skilled Network Analyst to provide support for desktop, server, and network environments. This role involves installing, upgrading, and supporting server and computer hardware/software, as well as assisting with planning and implementation of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities- Install, upgrade, and support server and computer hardware/software
- Assist with planning and implementation of IT projects
- Analyze system faults, troubleshoot, and run diagnostic tests on operating system and hardware to detect problems
- Initiate preventive maintenance on systems and be capable of repairing issues as they arise
- Collaborate with vendors as directed
- Mentor others in the performance of their job duties where applicable
- Communicate effectively with all contacts
- Accept and adapt easily to change
- Support all company policies and procedures
- Baccalaureate Degree in computer science, information systems management, or a closely related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in IT environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating System for client/server environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Strong knowledge of Workstation/Server hardware environments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Well-developed communication skills
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a work team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet frequent short timeline goals and deadlines
- Ability to read and write proficiently in the English language
- Ability to work with minimal direction to achieve stated goals or assigned tasks
Lifting generally not more than 50 lbs. and/or carrying objects weighing 25 lbs. Standing requirements- 1-3 hours day with frequent walking, bending, and stooping.
