Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a pediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
