About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Solid Waste Engineering team at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC). As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to landfill engineering, waste management, and environmental engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and success.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and other project-related documents.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies to grow the company's waste management and environmental engineering services.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in landfill engineering, waste management, and environmental engineering.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and other project management software.
