About the Role:The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education to residents and families.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct resident assessments, including physical and psychosocial evaluations.
- Develop and implement care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
- Provide education and support to residents and families on health-related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
