As an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you'll play a critical role in developing and improving our manufacturing processes to meet design and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement build and integration processes for electrical and avionics products
  • Conduct design for manufacturing and assembly reviews to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Develop processes and infrastructure to support business growth and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase product development velocity
  • Represent the production organization in design reviews and partner with engineers to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, and quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • 2+ years of manufacturing, integration, design, and/or testing experience, preferably with PCB assembly or wire harnesses
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repair, and setup of complex avionics products
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials in a safety-critical environment
  • Proficiency with CAD and PLM software, such as NX and Teamcenter
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with FAA regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001/AS9100
  • Electro-mechanical assembly and prototype development experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
