Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a Labor and Delivery role at a reputable healthcare facility.
Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall patient care.
- Apply the nursing process to the care of patients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Teach patients, their significant others, and support persons to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
- 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery with current fetal heart monitoring experience.
- Strong knowledge of OBIX and EPIC systems, with experience highly preferred.
- Current licensure in the state of Oregon, with the ability to obtain licensure if not currently active.
- COVID vaccination not required.
- BLS and NRP certifications required.
Bay Area Hospital in Coos Bay, Oregon offers comprehensive medical services for people of all ages, including pediatrics, childbirth and obstetrics, gynecology and female health, cancer diagnosis and treatment, diabetes and kidney disease treatment, geriatric medicine, and emergency medicine.
The hospital has an in-house Nurse Practitioner in the Employee Health Department, providing convenient care for employees and their dependents.
