Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer - Cleared to join our team at Allied Universal. As a Security Officer - Cleared, you will be responsible for providing high-quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information.
  • Greet guests and employees and escort visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points.
  • Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders; reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to client and/or other security personnel.
  • Respond to and assess security alarms or emergency alarms.
  • Act as a first responder in emergency situations.
Requirements
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • Must possess one or more of the following: minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site, prior military experience, effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service skills, intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
