Cardiopulmonary Nurse

Capital Health is seeking a skilled Cardiopulmonary Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Cardiopulmonary Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. • Assess and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary conditions, including those undergoing cardiac and pulmonary testing.
• Administer pharmacological agents as needed, under the guidance of a physician.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
• 2+ years of experience in a critical care or cardiopulmonary setting.
• ACLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
