Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees, as well as protecting our assets and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure the safety of our guests and employees
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as accidents, attacks, or other security breaches
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify potential safety risks
  • Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent loss and protect our assets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience required, but a background in law enforcement or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies quickly and effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
