Job Title: Swim Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at US Swim School Association. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to students of all ages and skill levels, while ensuring their safety and well-being in the water.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students in the water
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve teaching skills
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
