Job Summary:QPS Employment Group is seeking a skilled Compounder II to join their team in Franklin, WI. As a Compounder II, you will be responsible for supporting the supervisor in creating a culture that adheres to safety, quality, delivery, and cost principles. You will also be responsible for adhering to safety rules while handling, transferring, or storing materials, and executing material movement using pallet jacks, drum lifts, or other assigned PIV equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Support supervisor to create and develop a culture that adheres to safety, quality, delivery, and cost principles
- Adhere to safety rules while handling, transferring, or storing materials
- Execute material movement using pallet jack, drum lift, or other assigned PIV equipment
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for the compounding department
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDPs) including proper documentation and error correction
- Follow master cleaning schedule and document daily cleaning tasks
- Fill, maintain, and operate floor scrubber
- Load and unload dishwasher
- Demonstrate proper oven usage, including physical material movement in and out of oven and recording of movements
- Demonstrate proper scale use, including daily calibration check and documentation
- Verify, weigh, and label raw ingredients to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Document ingredient information on Bill of Material (BOM) including item code, lot, expiration date, etc.
- Execute proper inventory management including adherence to first-expiry-first-out (FEFO)
- Execute accurate electronic material transactions in NAV (ERP) system and handheld scanner
- Review transactions in NAV (ERP) for accuracy via NAV adjustment report
- Operate mechanical transfer pumps and basic mixing components
- Operate pressure washer to clean mixing tank and floors
- Participate in root cause analysis investigations relating to preweigh, as applicable
Requirements:
- At least one year in a similar environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Able to stand, sit, bend, or reach throughout shift
