Polymer Formulation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Polymer Formulation Expert to join our team at Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and improving rubber formulations, working closely with our quality control team to ensure compliance with specifications, and collaborating with our Chief Chemist to make lab improvements and adjustments to procedures.

• Formulation Development: Develop and improve rubber formulations for various markets and applications, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
• Testing and Analysis: Conduct analytical testing of rubber products, interpreting test data to identify areas for improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Chemistry or Polymer Science from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, including standard deviation, normal distributions, and process capability measures.
• Experience with industry standards and specifications.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
