We are seeking a Customer Service Associate - Parking Operations to join our team at SP+. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience while handling cash transactions and managing our parking systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Receive payments from customers and handle cash transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate counting and maintenance of cash, making change as required.
  • Process transactions using a cash register, calculating costs and displaying them on the screen.
  • Provide clear information on parking prices and issue receipts or tickets accordingly.
  • Assist customers with directions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the booth and surrounding area.
  • Verify transaction logs and compile collected funds daily.
  • Prepare shift reports, recording amounts received and other relevant data.

What We're Looking For: Candidates with less than high school education or up to one month of related experience or training. Must be able to perform basic math operations and possess a valid driver's license. A competitive salary of $42,000 per year, based on location and experience, is offered, along with benefits and opportunities for growth within our organization.
