Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assurance Manager to join our Real Estate Assurance practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multiple audit engagements and collaborating with clients to ensure their financial statements are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit engagements and develop strategies to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial reporting needs and provide guidance on regulatory compliance
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality audit work
- Assess performance of staff and provide feedback for engagement evaluations
- Stay up-to-date with evolving industry processes and regulations to provide innovative solutions to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience
- CPA certification
- Experience with real estate clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- 1+ year of supervisory experience

Salary Range:
The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
