Job Summary:

AT Personnel LLC is seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by receiving, storing, and shipping materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Assist with inventory management, including preparing inventory reports and tracking material movements
  • Prepare and maintain perpetual inventory records, including quantity and type of materials and parts received, stocked, and distributed
  • Verify and inspect materials for issues or damage
  • Use Excel to track material movements and ensure accurate paperwork is submitted to accounting
  • Record and maintain accurate inventory records, including manual or computerized tracking

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Material Handler or in a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays as needed. Shift hours are 7am-4pm, with occasional overtime.
