**Job Summary**
At Sas Retail Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Merchandising Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of retail associates within assigned territories.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and direct retail associates to achieve and maintain client and customer standards.
- Conduct store audits and execute retail projects to ensure product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
- Establish and maintain client relationships, including work appointments.
- Monitor and regulate expenses within position and team budget standards.
- Provide accurate and timely communication, administrative, and coaching duties to direct reports.
**Requirements:**
- Associate's Degree preferred.
- 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Territory management experience a plus.
- Ability to accurately complete multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
