Job Description:

  • We are looking for an RBT who can implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior, as well as assisting with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Provide direct therapy to individuals with ASD
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
  • Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with special needs
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Responsible, reliable, and respectful
  • Enjoy working with children
