Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
- Utilize forklifts and other equipment to move and stage materials and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and grinders.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and layout work to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.
- Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
- Associate's degree in Maintenance Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to operate a forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent math skills and ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Good computer skills and ability to use CMMS software.
- History of safe working behaviors and ability to work at heights up to 60ft.
- Ability to read and understand quality control procedures.
- Must possess own hand tools and be able to use various measuring devices with above-average accuracy.
- Competitive salary range: $22.20-$28.89.
