Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and evaluate field project team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects successfully
* Plan, organize, and direct the production of contracted scope of work, ensuring that all installations meet quality and mechanical code standards
* Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades to ensure excellent customer service and conflict resolution
* Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts
* Ensure all installations meet quality and mechanical code standards
* Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule
Requirements:
* OSHA 30 certification preferred
* Skilled field supervisor with at least 10 years of experience managing crews and running multimillion-dollar construction projects
* Experience with multi-family residential and commercial projects preferred
* Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license preferred
* Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements
* Experience utilizing various construction project management and technology applications such as Bluebeam, BIM 360, Fieldwire, Procore, OpenSpace, and CrewConnect preferred
