Automotive Painter

Prestige Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Painter to join our team. As a Body Shop Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality body shop painting services while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Perform body shop painting tasks with efficiency, accuracy, and high quality following dealership, insurance company, and enterprise standards.
• Ensure required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required; some post-high school education or training preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience required.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly professional and dependable.
• Quality conscious and detail-oriented.
• ICAR Training and Certification a Plus.
