Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the Change Management Process, ensuring effective documentation and communication.
  • Oversee Cost Control measures, including monthly reporting, cash flow management, and budget oversight.
  • Provide guidance and supervision for all pre-construction activities, including purchase orders, subcontracting, scheduling, and project planning.
  • Assist in the Project Estimating and Pre-Construction Process, including scope reviews and budget generation.
  • Regularly monitor and update project schedules, addressing potential issues promptly and documenting any delays.
  • Evaluate project proposals to determine timelines, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise employees, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing direction and performance feedback.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project needs are met and conflicts are resolved.
  • Promote and reinforce the Company’s vision, mission, and values throughout all interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, coupled with 4-5 years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience related to the specific project or market is highly desirable.
