Job Summary:

V2X is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support the USN RMAF F/A-18 IPT – Malaysia Program Management Support Services (PMSS) contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze technical data and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
  • Track program status and schedules, and formulate budget and cost estimates to support programs.
  • Conduct Pre-FMS Case P&A, LOA Planning, and perform Case Reconciliation.
  • Develop estimates of FMS case financial requirements and assess financial status to meet program needs.
  • Initiate draft funding documents and maintain program budgets.
  • Assist in the management of FMS funds for the Malaysian F/A-18D Program.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and provide technical fiscal guidance.
  • Participate in team reviews and processes financial accounting transactions.
  • Coordinate with outside agencies for reconciliation of all cases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a relevant technical discipline.
  • At least six years' financial management experience, including Foreign Military Sales Financial Analyst experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Time management skills and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Must have U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Position requires 2-3 days onsite per week with minimal travel.
