About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Montgomery, IL. As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, processing prescriptions accurately, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders
- Counsel customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs
- Maintain confidential information, controlled medication, and required documentation
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
- Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to support business solutions
- Model, enforce, and provide direction on proper customer service approaches and techniques
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures and support company standards of ethics and integrity
- Ensure compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas
- Provide comprehensive patient care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and administering other programs developed by Walmart
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program
Additional Information:
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$172,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
