Salary and BenefitsOur competitive salary package includes an estimated $25-$30 per hour, plus benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Job DescriptionAs a Home Care RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting medical information. You will also be responsible for coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, educating residents and their families about health conditions and treatment options, and advocating for residents' needs.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in Long Term Care, a current RN license in the state where you will be practicing, and a bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
