We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Epping, NH area. As a PRN provider, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work autonomously to see Medicare age patients in the home.
Key Responsibilities- Perform annual comprehensive health assessments in the home
- Diagnose and manage patient conditions
- Develop tailored lifestyle improvement plans
- Collaborate with the Contact Center to build your schedule based on your availability
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, or Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
- Urgent care or ambulatory experience preferred
- Open to new grad Nurse Practitioners
- Compensation: $105 per completed assessment
- 401K and limited voluntary benefits
- Mileage reimbursement plan
